Customer Support can't be this bad. I pre-ordered the Operator Edition on the PlayStation Store. I received everything BUT the 3000 CP points. I first called PlayStation customer support. They were great. They took me through the steps to try and fix it but ultimately this came down to a Activision problem. Tasks were gethered from Activison support pages, Google and my own thoughts. 2tb external ssd thunderbolt 3. All tests below were done in Multiplayer- Aisle 9 Mosh Pit. Here is what I have tried. Fill out the recovery form on Activision's website. Some people have gotten their accounts back within 7 days and others have been waiting 3-4 months so good luck to ya level 1.
